Database attached, schema not applied

The connection works, but the tables do not exist yet. Create them now — this applies the schema and seeds the reference data (sources, the three-panel topology, the PSEG tariff tables and the site facts).

Or run it from a checkout instead

Identical result — the same migrations, recorded the same way. Use this if you would rather no web request performed DDL.

Either way, no redeploy is needed — the schema lives in the database, not in the build.
